Terms and Conditions

One of our core visions is to create a space where people can connect and share cultures. Unlike hotels, there are no desks or televisions in the guest rooms, and the living room is the only place with entertainment such as books and musical instruments. Therefore, PIRKANOTE may not be suitable for guests who prefer not to interact with others. Please make your reservation only after you fully understand this and the following policies.

Rooms and Fees

• Room assignments are gender-based, with the exception of families or couples who can stay in the same room. We charge JPY 4,500 for the first night and JPY 4,000 for each subsequent night. An additional JPY 500 per new bed sheet upon request.
• Room assignments are not guaranteed, as rooms are allocated based on availability at the time reservations are received. Please ensure you note any special conditions or requests when submitting your reservation request.
• There is no TV on the premises.
• Toilets and shower rooms are shared and separated by gender.

About Your Stay

• Guests can check in between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM and must check out before 9:30 AM.
• All lights are off after 11:00 PM. Please refrain from using the shower rooms between 11:00 PM and 6:30 AM. No music performances are allowed after 9:30 PM.
• Please pay by cash or credit card（VISA, Master, JCB, AMERICAN EXPRESS, Dines Club, DISCOVER, Union pay） at the time of check-in.
• We currently do not provide invoices (for tax purposes).

About Cancellation

• For cancellations made 3 to 1 day before the reservation date, a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the first-night expense will be charged.
• For cancellations made on the day of the reservation or in the case of no-show, a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the full expense will be charged. We calculate the expense based on the number of days for the reservation and will notify you of the amount due and payment information afterward.

Others

• Smoking is prohibited on the premises. Please also refrain from eating and drinking in all guest rooms. 
• There is one parking spot available for a compact car. Guests who wish to have a parking spot during their stay should indicate as such in their reservation requests. In the event that the parking spot is unavailable, please use the parking lot located a 2-minute walk from the guesthouse:
  【栄停車場】JPY 120 per hour; after 4 hours and/or overnight parking until 8:00 AM (12:00 PM on weekends and holidays) is JPY 500.
• Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to their personal items, cash, or valuables. 
• Please be kind and take good care of all items on the premises. In case of any damage or loss, we reserve the right to claim compensation and any fees incurred.
• Some areas are considered private residences. Please do not enter without any permission.
• In the event of a disturbance or disruptive behavior, we reserve the right to ask guests to leave without a refund, and no further accommodation will be provided.
• Unless otherwise specified, lost items will be kept for one week from the date of departure before being disposed of. If shipping is required, postage and fees will be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
• Even if the calendar shows availability, same-day reservations may be declined.
